Raj S. Deol

Raj Deol has been an integral member of Rackel & Company LLP since joining the firm in 2017. Growing up in Edmonton, he developed a strong connection to the city, which inspired him to earn his law degree from the University of Alberta in 2011. After articling at a prominent firm in Calgary, Raj returned home after being called to the bar in 2012, eager to serve the community that shaped him. Since then, he has built a diverse litigation practice primarily focusing on civil litigation, construction disputes, employment matters and estate litigation.

Raj’s passion for advocacy and commitment to his clients are at the heart of his practice. Raj takes pride in guiding clients through every stage of the litigation process, combining practical solutions with a personalized approach to meet each client’s unique needs. He has over a decade of litigation experience and clients appreciate his approachable demeanor and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes. Raj has appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta and before various tribunals.

Outside of the office, Raj is a diehard sports fan and an avid supporter of the Edmonton Oilers. He enjoys giving back to the community and coaches youth soccer for the Edmonton Minor Soccer Association, where he also grew up playing. Now, as he embraces his growing family, Raj treasures the moments spent with his loved ones, balancing his professional life with family adventures.
