Mitchell Hofland

Mitchell was called to the Alberta bar in 2022 after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Lethbridge (2017). Mitchell advises individuals, families and trustees on every stage of legacy planning and administration. His practice focuses on Wills & Estates, Estate Administration, and matters for Represented Adults.

During the 2013 floods in his hometown of High River, Mitchell was on the ground assisting with emergency relief – clearing debris, distributing supplies and helping friends, family, and neighbors who were affected by the floods. Outside of the office, he enjoys reading and exploring Edmonton’s many trails with his wife.
